Nespresso USA is one of the fastest growing operating units of the Nestle Group – world’s leading food & Beverage Company. Nespresso USA is a key player in portioned coffee.
We are currently seeking Full-Time, Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Specialist to work in the Boutique located in Bloomingdales on 59th Street. We are in need of people that are business oriented, independent, diligent, and creative. You must have an eloquent, sophisticated, and passionate nature about helping people and solving problems. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required. If interested, please submit your resume to jobs.usa@nespresso.com. This is a temporary position that will start mid October to the beginning of January 2010.
Responsibilities
Welcome the Boutique clientele and identify their needs.
Advise both prospects and Club members on Nespresso products and services.
Initiate Club members to the art of coffee tasting and develop their curiosity about our
full range of products.
Carry out sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines and
accessories).
Requirements
Previous customer service experience
1-2 years of experience in direct customer sales of top of the line products & services
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Problem identification and solving
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
